Welding Service

Our welding capabilities are tried and tested, with
dedicated welding bays and a range of welding
machines to handle various projects. We offer a
spacious 1 off 21m² welding bay, along with three
additional 15m² welding bays, ensuring ample space
for efficient and precise welding operations.

Our equipment lineup includes reliable machines such
as the Miller Syncrowave 250, Thermadyne 250, SIP
Autoplus 223 Turbo, Weldmate P221WV Turbo,
Modweld 200i Supatig, and Reeflex Multi 300
welding machines. These machines provide theversatility and power required to tackle a wide range of welding tasks.

equipment, we are well-equipped to deliver
exceptional welding solutions for your specific

CNC Machining

Our machining section is equipped with a range of reliable and
capable machines that allow us to undertake a diverse range of
machining projects.

With a spacious floor area of approximately
50m², we can accommodate various machining tasks with
precision and efficiency. Our machine lineup includes the C-Tek
KM-100 D, which offers substantial travel distances of 1000mm
(X), 500mm (Y), and 500mm (Z). With a maximum load weight
capacity of 600kg, this machine ensures accurate and efficient
machining operations. Additionally, we have the Ajax
Conventional Milling Machine, which provides travel distances of
720mm (X), 300mm (Y), and 600mm (Z), with a maximum load
weight capacity of 250kgs. These machines can deliver precise
and reliable results for a wide range of machining tasks. We also
possess a Lathe with a 2-meter travel and a maximum diameter
capacity of ±500mm, allowing us to handle diverse turning
operations.

Complementing our machining capabilities is our
Pillar Drill Press, enabling precise drilling tasks. With our skilled
team and well-maintained machinery, we are equipped to deliver
high-quality machining services tailored to your specific
requirements.

CNC Pipe Bending

Since 2010, we have been utilizing the SOCO 63 B Auto
CNC Pipe Bender, a powerful machine specifically
acquired to manufacture chairs for Scharf Chairlift
Systems. This exceptional machine boasts impressive
specifications, including a maximum tube outer diameter
of 63.5mm, a thickness capacity of 1.6mm for stainless
steel and 2.5mm for mild steel, and a maximum feeding
stroke of 2030mm.

With a maximum tube length of
3200mm and a bending radius of 250mm, this CNC pipe
bending machine has played a vital role in our production
process. Over the years, we have successfully
manufactured thousands of these chairs, thanks to the
efficiency and precision of this machine.
